Bmazon is a growing infrastructure-focused company supporting data center–related operations and energy services across multiple locations. The company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide executive leadership, support organizational development, and maintain effective management coordination as the business continues to operate and expand.
Job Description:
The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with senior leadership to maintain effective organizational operations and management practices. Responsibilities include coordinating internal leadership efforts, supporting communication across teams, and ensuring that executive-level decisions are implemented in a consistent and responsible manner. The CEO will also represent the company in business-related discussions with external partners and stakeholders, as appropriate.
In this role, the CEO is expected to maintain visibility into company operations, support leadership continuity, and promote effective collaboration among management personnel. The position involves executive-level judgment and oversight rather than direct involvement in day-to-day technical or operational tasks.
Depth & Scope:
l Lead business development and growth initiatives, evaluating opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and new markets.
l Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
l Serve as the primary representative of the company in interactions with clients, partners, vendors, investors, and other external stakeholders.
l Manage executive-level decision-making processes and ensure effective governance and compliance with legal, ethical, and industry standards.
l Guide and support senior leadership in planning and execution of core functions, including finance, operations, and human resources.
Education & Experience
Senior leadership experience in business operations, organizational management, or company-wide decision-making roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management, or equivalent.
Experience reviewing organizational information to support executive-level discussions and decisions.
Proven track record of driving business growth and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and effective business writing skills.
Very strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and executive presence (very comfortable speaking in public)
